My Favorite Books and Authors

The first Dark Hunter book I read, and still my favorite.  Zarek's pain and Astrid's faith make them a classic pair.

The ending alone is worth reading this book.  I am rarely surprised, but this book did.  A sacrificing hero to die for.

Truly terrifying with great characters.  Kept me up until four am.  I couldn't put this one down. 

Divine Evil
Nora Roberts

The opening alone is worth reading this book.  Ender is a hero for the ages.  Him against the world...and more.  One of my fave Sci-Fi books.

Orson Scott Card

Pesto and the Gilchrist family.  What could be better?  I love Luke and Katy.  Luke is the ultimate alpha hero.  And Katy gives him a run. 

Family Man
Jayne Ann Krentz

My favorite Harry Potter book because Harry really has to work for it in this one.  We finally have a taste of how bad Voldemort can be.

J.K. Rowling

Kate impacted me in a way few heroines have.  Her intense desire to prove herself had me aching for her, and rooting for Byron.

Holding the Dream
Nora Roberts

Max and Roxanne are a couple for the ages.  Love the twists in this book.  There's also some great imagery.  A definite keeper.

Honest Illusions
Nora Roberts

One of the books that got me reading in the first place.  I read the entire series, but this was my favorite.  Jo was a girl after my own heart.

Little Women
Louisa M. Alcott

I couldn't put this book down!  The heroine is strong, and vulnerable.  The hero compelling with his own demons.  I cried and laughed.  A winner!

The Miracle Man
Sharon Sala

Roarke is to die for, and Eve is the perfect match for him.  You can't help but love how he sees beneath her shell.  One of my faves. 

Naked in Death
Nora Roberts w/a JD Robb

My emotional response to this book was so powerful, that my heart hurt as I read it.  Jade's story is inspiring and Luke is the perfect hero.

Out of the Dark
Sharon Sala

What can I say about Wolf Mackenzie?  The perfect romance hero.  Mary is the perfect heroine to tame this man.  A true romance!

Once meeting Joe in Mackenzie's Mountain, his story had to be told.  He's as amazing as his father, and Caroline is his match.  Loved it!

Perhaps my favorite of her books.  She did paranormal before it was hot, and the villain in this story is truly disburbing.  Powerful, wonderful story.

James P. Hogan

Beautiful writing, a powerful story.  Lonewolf and Willow's story explores the Navajo legends in a unique and powerful way.  A keeper!
